ANOTHER SNAG: THE BULLS COVET EDDY CURRY TO GO THROUGH DNA TEASTING

Curry’s career faced yet another holdup when the Bulls compelled him to submit to a genetic test during the team's physical exams before accepting the team's one-year qualifying offer of $5.14 million. But in June only Curry received a clearance for playing baseball. Moreover, his heart was diagnosed sound and healthy due to which Bulls request was uncalled-for. His doctor commented that it was only because of arrhythmia that the team became suspicious and issued him a notice to conduct an array of tests and inconclusive findings. Curry's lawyer, imperatively stated that Alan Milstein that Curry will again refuse the DNA test and will negotiate this proceeding.

Now is Eddy finished? With Songalia about to be signed and Pannero is back in the fold, now Eddy Curry is the only issue between now and October 1. Eddy is without an offer sheet, without any team even rumored to be interested in him and also has had attitude problems in the past. There are no easy answers on the Curry situation. His health status still remains a huge question mark.
