ANDY MURRAY HITS THE TOP 100

British tennis star Andrew Murray reached the quarter-final of the Thailand Open to become only the fourth British male in the last decade to break into the world's top 100 after defeating fifth seed Robin Soderling in straight sets to reach the last eight in Bangkok. To reach his latest rankings milestone, Murray turned every stone. This 18 year old lad went on to become only the fourth British male to attain a ranking in double figures since 1995. Wow!
He hit the headlines for the first time in August 2004 after he won the US Open boy's singles title at Flushing Meadows.
